September Meeting Notice

Participants will need to enter through Gate 6 and follow the frontage road to the visitor parking area. From there you will enter the lobby next to the bronze deer. All guests will need to wear long pants and closed toed shoes. Safety glasses, gloves, and metatarsal covers will be provided.

SCHEDULE:

 2:00-2:15 Networking/Refreshments

 

2:15-3:45 Tour of John Deere's drive-train operations
This will be a walking tour that lasts about an hour and a half. Participants will see the machining operations for steel and cast iron as it pertains to John Deere’s drive-train operations.  We will also see some sub-assembly of these parts as well. 

 

3:45-4:00 Introductions and brief business meeting

4:00-4:15 Prize giveaway/Networking

4:15 Adjournment
