Generations in the Workplace

Diversity has taken on a new meaning as we find four generations in the workplace, in organizations, in church, and in families. Differences and more importantly, similarities, based on age are imprinted in our character as is race, gender, culture or ethnicity. This presentation will give an view of each of the four working generations and will include the major influences of that generation. Understanding the generations can go a long way toward helping each of us get along better in our families and in the workplace.
